How to unlock Carrot in Grand Gourmet
Checked . Sources are listed at the bottom.
I put the two wiki lines next to each other. Both say the sixth sea and Bartolomeo’s wish. Both stop before saying what he asks for, so the request stays blank.
The path
The sea is 大陸の向こうの海, the Sea Beyond the Continent, chapter 6. Bartolomeo himself arrives when you reach that sea. Carrot arrives after his wish is done. Game8’s row reads キャロット【大陸の向こうの海】・バルトロメオの要望. ds-can’s table says キャロット 要望：バルトロメオ.
Left blank on purpose
Neither wiki says which dish, gift, or facility the wish names. No level and no earlier quest were printed. Those fields stay empty.
