Gourmet Island and Grand Gourmet explained

A crossover setting, not the restaurant game’s title
The One Piece Wiki describes Gourmet Island as a non-canon food-filled island and the setting of “The True Food! Devil Fruit!!” The separately edited Toriko Wiki’s crossover article places Luffy, Toriko, and Komatsu on Gourmet Island. These two community accounts support the location’s crossover identity; they are not official game documentation.
How to distinguish the game
The publisher identifies the restaurant sim as ONE PIECE: Grand Gourmet. Its price, platforms, and store links belong to that named product. The checked product pages do not establish Gourmet Island as a separately purchasable game or DLC. That limited observation is not proof that the island never appears anywhere in the game.

Questions
Is Gourmet Island the restaurant game’s title?
No. The publisher’s product is titled ONE PIECE: Grand Gourmet. The two community wikis use Gourmet Island for a crossover setting.
Does this prove the island cannot appear in the game?
No. These sources establish the name’s crossover meaning, not an exhaustive inventory of every game map or mode.
