Blueprints
Game8 says Nami’s shop restocks blueprints daily and Luffy can find blueprints while treasure hunting. Franky consumes the blueprint to construct a facility; he is not listed here as the source of all blueprints. Game8 also describes theme books, Berries costs, and placement constraints. These detailed rules are single-source guidance. Into Indie Games independently describes constructing furniture through Franky and placing it to improve comfort.
Nine rest areas: function versus availability
The following room functions and timing labels come from Game8 alone. NanoGames lists Franky recruitable in sea 1, while Game8 labels his rest-area unlock as sea 4. Recruitment and room construction may be different milestones; the sources do not establish one shared date, so both reports are preserved.

Aquarium
After Luffy picks up a fish, you build a tank, put the fish in, and set tables around it. Comfort and extra income go up. The English guide also mentions an invitation space for sea-beast items. Tank level and capacity were not in the pages that were read.

Is there a sleeping room?
The facility is a crew rest area. Sources do not describe sleep or stamina recovery.
