Checked 2026-10-27: Grindnstrat’s 34-spot gift table was compared with Game8’s item/location list. Gift mechanics are attributed to Game8; Japanese names clarify ambiguous English translations.
How gifts work
Game8 describes Menu → Actions → Gifts. Equipment gifts can be moved between recipients and are not consumed; food gifts are consumed and permanently improve speed or appetite. A guest’s specified gift can meet a fan condition. These mechanics are single-source Game8 guidance. For the location table, Grindnstrat and Game8 agree on the named souvenirs, including sunglasses at the Dreadnought Saber wreck, a stuffed animal at the Flying Fish Riders’ Hideout, and a kokeshi doll at Egghead.

Two named fans
Skypenguin’s headline says the Log Pose makes Arlong a fan. Game8 only places the item at Twin Capes and in Nami’s shop after you have found it once, so the Arlong use is a single source. Game8 says a Strawberry Shake turns Terra Cotta into a fan.
Questions
Are gifts consumed?
Equipment gifts are not. Food gifts are used once.
Where is the Log Pose?
Twin Capes. After the first find, Nami’s shop can sell it.
